2. Hold and remain status qou. I.e. do nothing
3. 100% invested in assets, stocks and shares.

Depends on the markets. I prefer average cost leverage investing.

are you referring to:
i) at the onset of recession? OR
ii) in the midst of recession, ie market has say dropped 30-50%?

Buy Gold just before recession.. even in bad time like 2008, Gold still rise 5%..
