the unit/ units they rent have private parking covered and lockable and secure at the back. dont want to use. instead convert car park to kitchen etc... and URA doesnt do anything...... WONDER WHY

U r welcome Wendy...nea typically will send warning letter first..then they will come down to monitor ...best is u can tell nea the typical time of the day or week the offence happened. If it happen after 1030pm u can add one more offence...noise pollution at night to the residents..
