SINGAPORE: A government tender for a commercial site in the Woodlands Regional Centre drew strong response, with a consortium that included Far East Organization submitting the highest bid of S$634 million, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) said on Tuesday.
I have been tracking the commercial property market and made some investments up to recently. The TDSR policy implemented by the government is good move to moderate the market growth. Nobody wants the property market to crash.
However, I am being restricted by the TDSR policy to make more properties investment.
I am looking for investors to invest together in commercial properties in Singapore. In Singapore, the strong legal structure can create binding agreement that protect investors.
