Discharged Patients

There’re reports that patients have recovered and discharged from hospitals. Does this means that these people have the antibodies in them? If so can’t the authorities get some of the blood samples from then and try to develop some medicine or vaccines?

Beware of relapse.
Some have relapsed and died.
