If you got drink green tea, wake up at night to pee is normal. thumbs up
Drink water before you sleep is good for your body.
If drink too much water before sleep is no good since need to wake up few times to pee this will cause sleep disruption.

Better to have 6 hours of continuing sleep. Big Grin

Correct, if you drink too much water, you'd better wear a diaper. Worried

If you want to increase the chances of sudden death during sleep.
You can choose not to drink water.
6hours of continuing sleep is a subjective question.
