More flooding can collect the water & recycle it for drinking. Don't need to worry not enough water.

It's like Kaohsiung, when the new mayor took over the office in 2019, they found the monsoon drain was clogged with many things which include bicycle, tree branches and of course mud that is knee high.

When these drains was supposed to be able to handle the flooding but was not draining them for the past 10 years, and the previous Kaohsiung administration had taken huge funding from the central governments, but they did not spend in clearing the drains....

So maybe our drains are also clogged too?
