True, growth stock are the darlings in the past few years.

Value stocks are dead they say.

Will value stocks turn bright in future? I think it will. Just wait.

Although my portfolio values is down in double digits ,i am happy with the performance of my stock portfolio which consists mostly of div stocks as aem, ums , CEI , frencken ,avi-tech ...etc . These companies are still recovering from the supply chain disruption but generally they are still profitable , paying the same amount of dividends as last year. Thanks to poor market sentiment, the stock prices were beaten down a lot., the yield also increasing getting very beautiful.

I prefer local stock with negligible risk of fraud , because the local listed firms are well regulated by MAS and SGX

I believe a good company will reward shareholders with good div , they focus on how to improve business efficiency , seeking m &a that synergies with existing core business and trying to win more orders , rather than spending more effort selling the growth story ..
