What about cold regions and dry regions ?

A big city near sea like New York has 20 million people. No moist air will be spared for 15 million people Rolling on the flor laughing

My take is that the clean water is only limited to drinking, and not enough for bathing, therefore large quantity of water is needed to supply both drinking and bathing water.... Thinking Thinking

The air will just become dryer , like when you use a dehumidifier .
