Another One forummer says...Career coach are useless.
No matter what is your experiences, your qualifications.
They will say not enough, but enroll this course , that course.
End of the day, still no job.

WSQ has 66 or 8 USELESS agencies under them, right?

e2i
Caliberlink
CDC
2 Foreign recruitment agencies to assist
WDA
Career Fair dept

They will ALWAYS FAIL for 2 reasons:

1) Retrenched jobless from the Bank and so, knows NOTHNG about the other 8 industries
( pharma, chemical, IT . . . )

2) They can only help with their own STat Board / GLCs job vacancies
(Not the other 200,000 foreign companies in SG).

It is not abt career coaching or whatsoever, the root of the problems is opening flood gate letting these so-called FTs snatching our jobs.

All those career coaching course is a load of bullsheet.........the unprecedented opening of the floodgates for FTs to come in is the key to the joblessness and underemployment of our PMETs here....garment wants to sweep this fact under the carpet, but we are wiser than to swallow that....... I took up quite a number of skillFuture courses and spoke to classmates.
Most of them are either jobless or looking for jobs.
But from the look at the way, it will be very difficult to get a job even you attend the skills Future courses.
Our teacher says this :

" Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. "

If the papers you get after attending the course, what good is it if it cannot fullfill the job given to them, the paper is then just another toilet paper nothing else...... Crying Crying Crying

At least few dozens voiced out in forums for many years but PaP is Dumb and Blind.

They don’t want to solve the ROOT of the problem but only WaYang to deceive us.

I think someone wrote it as “指标不治本”. Waste our Time and little or maybe NO results.

I agree, indicators cannot cure the root cause, it is the result that matters...........and it does not reflect as good....... Big smile Big smile
