JTC should bear responsibility for Kranji woodlands erroneous clearing

Singapore – Yao Chee Liew, the former deputy CEO of the Housing and Development Board (HDB), has voiced his opinions on the shift of responsibility to the contractor for the “erroneous” clearing of a forested area at Kranji.

Honestly speakly, these days TC staff really very inefficient .

I had quite a bad experience with them early last year. Simple tender issue - push around so many people.

In the 90's, they were very efficient and co-operative.

So it's $2000 per tree ! Now someone please go multiple $2000 with 4.5 ha worth of trees.
