MOM is Sub- standard. Look at a few areas to conclude this.

CNY Gathering, I asked my cousin if he knew what MOM checks in Employment Pass?

He said those are ITE/ N' levels doing checks for EP issuance-

1. Check to make sure the University name and spelling is correct

2. Check if the Dependents are above or under 21 years old

3. Check if the signature tallies

4. Check for previous work pass, if any

5. Check if attachment is correct

Basically, just dumb checking.

After making 10 years of repeated mistakes, e2i/ Career Matching/ Coaching / WSQ Satellite Services is still big with their wayang and gags.

PA P ownself make mistakes, ownself wayang and ownself praise themselves. Typical Hypocrite.

I attended 2 years ago, at that time they call it Career Coaching . . . .but they are sub- standard compared to many foreign MNCs. Meaning, their career coaches are not well trained, not familiar with the career structure, no idea what competences are needed and not well informed of the market.

Last year around July, they called me if I needed help. So, I asked the lady what difference is there in terms of their help compared to 2018. She said still the same, learn how to write resumes and attend " Interviewing Skills" workshop.

So, I think the 25, 000 people who attended must be mostly fresh grads from Poly and Unis, lor. Already have around 100k grads, lah. https://www.nus.edu.sg/registrar/docs/in...192020.pdf

So, this is totally, not suitable for experience PMs from Foreign MNCs.

I rate them 2/10 marks.

Singapore is still a Fake Developed Country under 3G & 4G.

Other Real Developed countries do not ask for NRIC/ Birth Cert/ Salary until the final round of interview.
