Already said many times, we at history of time where less human are used.
Last stage third industrial revolution already start to remove human.
fourth industrial revolution is going to chop off more.

Modi govt purse high tech industries do enjoy higher growth but job creation is falling.
Unemployment rate is increasing.

But this is not the only problem. There are more competitions are more than ever in history.
Being part of connected world, margins are under pressure.

Bro, this might be true for those developed countries, but definitely not right for India.

India is absolutely poor and given its 1.3bil mouths to be feeded, the first abd utmost thing to do is to improve the employment, rigth? but has dropped the the lowest in 45 years!

How China started? China has suffered all the labor shortage during its 30+ years hot turbo charged development stage with 全民就业, right? India is like 未老先衰, 未生先死,everything goes wrong and totally no chance.

You can say India is unlucky as the automation, IT and AI thingy has killed the chance left to India to be booming like China then. 天佑中华!!!

I do not think, it applies to all nations now that using technologies today.
Since third industrial revolution, machine start to have brain and connectivity.
Now it is spreading to service sectors as well.

Yes China and India approach is different, or at least last few years.
During early China opening to the world, there are western businessmen offer more automate less human industries
but was turn down by Deng X P. He said the country foremost important is stability, else it may result in country turmoil.

While India doing reasonable well now but future is not guarantee.
Today world is much connected, competition is not against a few but dozens or more.
Margins are low for those who are too ordinary. It pose another problem as below

So Modi will need to strike a balance else turmoil may come soon.

I agree the trend is same for all nations.

What I mean is for India while it is still so poor, to maintain its basic social stability of its 1.3bil, the utomst thing for India government is to find the jobs for its 1.3bil ppl which are mostly young.

How can you expect those high tech job can save India out of its current slum status?

For such a poor 3rd country like India, if its unemployment only goes higher and higher, I dun know how you can say India is doing well. Even we are so tiny, our garment still worry a lot for the jobs.

When China picked up, it is another way around so basically Chins can maintain its basic social stability, with almost full employment.

Higher unemployment is even disaster for all those EU countries and France is good example, not to say a slum state like India. Common sense prevails.
