I've had everything but still not able to feel truly happy.
Until i saw “ordinary” is the only answer to true happiness.

Sound scary indeed.
Yes when one hit 50s , we will think of this issue.
But those in 20s or 30s, such issue will not strike their mind.

For women who are not too old and still able to stretch, bend, and so forth, maybe they might want to do this 木兰操。It's quite fun although I am not sure if there is any TCM literature about whether or not it can retard dementia. But it will make the blood circulate well, and importantly supply the needed oxygen to the brain. According to TCM principles, this kind of exercise should supply the 益气 to all parts of the body.
