Mr Ong is 4th Clown in Parliament

He really so out- of -touch and don't know Who on What basis the Tuition grant were given at all. So blur still want to talk Cock.

As mentioned before, Viet guy fresh from school without any work experience studied in NUS when he cant even speak proper English and tuition subsidy was given to him for a IRRELEVANT Course!

It is a "IT for Non- IT people". And YES! I called MOE to check and NUS too. P A P still dare to lie to me? 5

NUS said, the course is targeted for HR, Finance . . . people who wants to know about IT overview and basic in the 6 mths/ one year program.

After wasting money on Foreigner, ICA gave him a letter to brag and boast. It stated that once he gets a job, he is eligible for Employment Pass.
Omnipresent said on 20 Nov 2019, that he purposely harassed me to take revenge for Mr IVRSTI who was banned.

Those foreign students don't spent a single cent out of their own pockets !!

Scholarship components is not just the tuition fees. It includes
living allowances, food and accommodation, annual return air tickets, text books.

Our taxpayers give them monies to spend - right up to their underwear.

it is always good to bring in brightest and smartest students from the region but not at the expense of cutting the place for local students who qualified.

these regional scholars bring about different perspective and ideas to our students as well. mixing with the right group of people only bring the whole group higher. don't be narrow-minded and short-sighted leh...
