Property and insurance the same. Nobody will ever tell you it's a bad time. Every day of the year is the best time to buy. Tell you not the right time, they eat what?

There is no best time or worse time to buy.
Because different people have different finamcial ability snd housing needs.

For the purpose of capital gains...i would say Singapore property is not atttactive as an investment for yrs to come....unless there is sharp price drops. Home ownership is too high...population is ageing and exonomic growth is slow.

I have attended a masterclass aka short webinar on property investing

https://sgtalk.org/mybb/Thread-Real-Esta...the-review

On the above thread ypu will also fimd a liat of properties with potential.

Slowly i will know the property as well as stock market.
I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I will do my utmost to keep them alive.
Against tyrants and adversity, I will strive.
Together, a better future, we will realise......
