No new one .. why this service centre so lousy no dryer ; no cleaning cloth just say change part they can do...not actually repair at all...

I ever brought my Samsung tablet for service because can’t power up.
They said done n changed new screen cover free
Bluff.. old screen cover n still can’t power up after I went home try it
After that I bought new charger n problem solved

No didn't ...maybe accidently use wet finger to swap the screen...but the phone is new ; cannot resist this little wetness ?.. not waterproof ?

The glass screen shud be water resistance unless yours is porous. I sometimes swapped my Samsung when fingers still wet especially nowadays wash hands very often to prevent CV-19.

Bought a new phone about two months ago: the touch screen not working ; send to Orchard service centre to investigate they said the screen was ingress with water and corroded ; need to change the whole screen cost $246 fee ..I ask them just wipe clean the liquid and put back the glass ; she said the centre no dryer no wiping cloths to do.. only change part ?..but why new phone not liquid resistance for touch screen glass where user often use finger swap here there ? Anybody have such experiences ?

Did you accidentally pour water on your new mobile phone or get the mobile phone in water?
