PAP candidate selection has problems.

All 5G need training before they can even start work officially. Even Chan CS after 10 years still need additional 20 years of training.

Worse, if they are Foreign Ministers, at least speak 5 languages, lah. Many Foreign MNCs also put such a basic criteria for their Sales Manager & HR Executive supporting Thailand, Japan, China . . . .

They must have additional requirements to compete with average citizens like you & me, to be a Minister.
