with the current economy. got 2 sets of ppl. some willing to pay 700k debts to buy a hdb. seller also wanna chop ppl. but all these depending on economy.

current economy will become worst by next year. people will become more frighten then.

buyers also got 2 sets.

younger one who came out to work after 2009 never seen the brutality fact of joblessness. they think that jobs will be served to them forever. these ppl dare to take up huge debts just to buy thinking that they can profit in the future.

another set of buyers are more realistic and try to incurred lesser debts as possible.

sellers are those older ppl who are greedy and want to chop the the younger buyers, these people dun realised that they are screwing up the future of their sons or grandsons.
