What I notice is when one finally ORD date come, one still don’t know what should he/she do.
And likely the person will hold up in the house, sleep, eat sleep and eat..
That will make one mind , physically and mentally weak and will have very hard time to move forward and an open mind.

So, guys, dont hold up in your house whole day, do some exercising, it will make you good, trust me.

Need to have discipline. Not difficult to implement. If you can, simply save a portion of your income and even bonus when times are good. In bad times, you can use it. This is not difficult if you can have discipline. Everyone need to have emergency cash for rainy days. Of course, if you can save more, in bad times, you can invest at distressed price.

Go jogging and exercising as many times as possible, sweat it out and you will feel calm.

Talked to your loves one, talk to your parents, or your close friend or ex colleague, dont need to be shy, tell them you are ORDed.
Ask them to look around for you any jobs.
You must do this, networking is a must even if you have only 1 to 2 friends. It is alright. SMS or call them up.
Pour out your worry to your loves one or your parent.

Once negativity sets in one will feel depressed n lose directions
Depression not only affects oneself but to the others around that person
One having a positive mindset surmount more than
the time n effort spend in recovering from depression
It is easier to say than do but a positive mind can lead to better things

I don't understand. People are willing to pay life insurance premium for suddenly die and got money for loved ones. Or car insurance for suddenly accident and can pay the other party. Or travel insurance for suddenly lost luggage or flight cancelled and can get compensation. Why then do they not prepare for suddenly lost job? Every now and then got people ask this question: What should you do if suddenly lost job. Funny.

We need to learn to save for bad days.
We , or probably majority of us will get hit by the retrenched.
Maybe 1 in 4 will get hit hard.
