I like Cordon Bleu, but I don’t drink alcohol often. During CB, drank beer every night. Now no more CB, stopped drinking.

I prefer red, used to drink lots of Australians now move on to French, Spain, Portugal and Italians. For white, I prefer Californian.

There are a few winery in Perth that has quite a good range of red. But hardly find those winery wines sold here. So had stopped drinking Australians.

My staple is Merlot or Macallan 18yr single malt & occasionally, Hennesy XO.
